BRMS?

Why is it that we are hearing so much about BRMS?  I have never used the 
product but from ads I have seen in the paper.  "Wanted, operations person 
with a strong background in BRMS?"  It is a tape management product not the 
cure for the XXX plague.  I have to ask, why does BRMS cause so many problems 
and why does an expert have to be hired for BRMS?  Sound like a hung of junk 
if it has all these problems and experts are needed to mount a tape on a tape 
drive.  I have worked with 2 different tape management products in past job.  
Currently, we do not even use a product and we seem to be able to survive..  
I am no brain doctor and I could handle them without all this fuss.
