.kyr and .kbd @ 4.4 -- MIDRANGE-L

Hi,

        We have upgraded from 4.3 to 4.4 and cannot place our signed
certificates in our httpcfg file beacuse they are now known as .kdb files
and not .kyr, also on the admin screens there appears to be knowhere to
identify the deafault .kyr/kdb
