  • Subject: How to convert AFPDS spoolfile into an AFP Data Stream
  • From: "Salter, James" <JSalter@xxxxxxxxxx>

After finally been given access to Macrofiche for Windows by Macrosoft, I
see now that I may be able to use input from an AFP Data Stream to get our
overlay documents into COLD.

One question though, How do I now convert an AFPDS spoolfile into the AFP
Data Stream?

I would like now to automatically convert all spoolfiles in 1 outq to
members in a folder (IFS directory) with each member having a different
name. I could use the dlyjob(1) to get unique member names for the files,
however I don't want to have to do any *HPT to an outq to accomplish this.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

(Thanks BUCK for all of the help with this).
