Title: Client Access downloads

Okay, I know this one but just can't remember.  I'm sure it's been discussed before but the Midrange archives is "closed for remodeling" and I need an answer on this today.

We are doing a Client Access download on a file but the character data in the file is being displayed in hex format.  We are very current on our PTF's and don't have this problem with any other files (at least not yet).  I've checked all the options on the download display but nothing works.

Any ideas?  Is the problem w/ the download or with the file?

Dave
