        Use

        CPYTOIMPF FROMFILE(THELIBRARY/THEFILE THEMEMBER)
          TOSTMF(thestreamfile)

        The default is to create a comma delimited file, although you have 
pleanty
of other options.  Make sure you have current PTFs, or pre-create your
stream file.

, we need to send the file in a CSV (comma
separated) format.  I thought about using the CPYTOSTMF command to get the
file to the IFS and then to FTP the file from the IFS.  But I don't see an
option on the CPYTOSTMF to convert the file to CSV on the way.  Anyone have
any ideas for me?
