CPYTOIMPF is the one you want.  If you don't have the (relatively) recent
ptfs you may have to create the destination file(s) on the target machine
using a text editor or any convenient method to avoid code page problems,
otherwise use *PCASCII for the stream file code page parameter.  If your
version of the command doesn't have the ptfs, the stream file code page
parameter won't be available.
