Phillip,

We do the same with payroll checks.  Our forms are coming from Moore Business
Forms.  I'm sure other people can supply then as well.  FYI - we are using 4317
MICR printers from IBM/Rosetta.  Email me if you want to know more.  I wasn't
privy to a lot of the work.....just the design of the check to work with the
self-mailer....

Our bank is converting from an old MVS/VSE mainframe to an AS/400 720e running
Jack Henry software.

I am looking for laser-style self-mailer forms for notices so we won't have to
use an impact printer.

Any help would be appreciated.
