Pretty simple solution, they had me run a command that settles all the programs to the registry infos. here's the command :

CALL PGM(QTCP/QTMFEXIT) PARM('*INSTALL ') ==> Don't forget the two blank spaces after "*INSTALL".

That's all and it works fine now !!

They told me this problem comes up often when upgrading to V4R4. we'll see if it's inconditionnal when we'll upgrade one of our customer that is running under V4R3. and his FTP server is up right now. IF it goes down after the upgrade, i guess we'll have to run the command on their system too..
