I am presuming that you were doing option 21.

My best guess is that the processor had trouble achieving a restricted 
state for the operation.  It will likely be difficult to see what was 
causing the problem.  There is extensive code in that program to achieve a 
restricted state.  You can retrieve it, and look at it.  The name of the 
program is QMNSAVE.
