Title: RE: FTP performance
I will try to help you figure out what you changed to make it fail.  I assume if you can figure that out, you can fix it.

The message says that FTP has a registered exit program that is failing.  If you recently added one, I suggest that you remove it.  Is WRKREGINF the right command?

Based on the names (not based on reading the manual) it looks like the failing program is validating the user name and password - doing a server logon.  If you can change the FTP request so that it doesn't try to log on, that might help.

It appears the there is a problem calling an API.  Did you test this?

Did you put on a PTF that might have effected format TCPL0200?

Did you stop and start host servers STRHOSTSRV & ENDHOSTSRV?

did you fix this yet?
