News/400 this month published a CVTSPLSTMF (Convert spool to streamfile)
command allowing you to convert a spoolfile to a text-, html- or pdf-file to
QDLS:

CVTSPLSTMF FROMFILE(QSYSPRT)
           TOSTMF(QSYSPRT.PDF)
           TODIR('/QDLS/CDOC')
           TOFMT(*PDF)

CHGDOCD DOC(QSYSPRT.PDF)
        FLR(CDOC)
        DOCD('PDF document')

- and send it to an email address using the SNDDST command:

SNDDST TYPE(*DOC)
       TOINTNET(('flensburg@novasol.dk'))
       MSG('Here you go...')
       DOC(QSYSPRT.PDF)
       FLR(CDOC)
