Jon I was probably out of line.  I'm sure everyone else has no trouble 
with doing it.  What I use instead though is the AS/400 with it's FTP 
server.

Not the most archaic surely - it wasn't so long ago we were moving
savefiles around by reading them with an RPG program and converting them 
to
128 (?) character "chunks".  Anyway - moan at IBM - remember I don't work
for them!

Since I use this "archaic" method most of the time I'd like to know what
you use instead.
