We got in a new Infoprint 21 and got it set up and working, but have one
problem. If we print from the AS/400, the network print jobs just stack up
and will not print until we end the AS/400 writer. It is like the AS/400
maintains a connection or lock with the printer even though it is done
printing to it. If the writer is shut down, the network print jobs print
fine. The printer is connected via TCP/IP directly to the network.

I have a call in to tech support, but am wondering if anyone here has a
quicker answer?

Thanks!
Rick
