Ok already.  I picked a bad analogy.  What I was trying to say was even
carpenters have to change.  They should use screws on decks and not nails.
And use a screw gun on them and not a manual screw driver.

I did for one deck and I won't make that mistake again...

Nail gun = SQL+ERWin, screws = what you get from IBM marketing...
