RE: DDS screen: how to ensure field keyed is numeric for alpha-descri bed field

You can change the field in SDA to have a keyboard shift attribute of 'D'
for digits only.  It is under Keying Options under Field Keywords.  This
results in a data type of D which is a character field if no decimal
positions specified.
