Yes, the 9347 was the half-inch reel drive that supported tape densities of
1600 (normal) and 3200 (not so normal), and couldn't do anything with 6250
(frustratingly common).  IMHO, it was hardly worth paying maintenance on it
when you had it, much less years after you got rid of the thing.
