Your ip address in dotted decimal format.  Our admin server gets a page not
found if we use the domain name or leave of the http://.

Kevin,

You are trying to access to Admin port so the admin server must be started.

Type the following to start the Admin server.

STRTCPSVR Server(*HTTP) HTTPSVR(*ADMIN)
