Sign on as the security officer & GO SEC to see all kinds of lovely reports 
that you might want to review, such as the list of people who have not 
changed their passwords in eons.  We have people with same password on AS/400 
which they had on S/36 before it & it was the same password as when I was 
hired 16 years ago, and all their co-workers know what it is.

Sign on as anyone who has command line authority, WRKSYSVAL then select *SEC 
settings for review.

You might also dig out that blue manual from IBM on securing your AS/400.
