The answer is *NULL.

Or,   "How tall is the Empire State Building,   True or False?

Any number you use, would be misleading and invalid.     It must be a old
survey,  There are much better measurements now to gauge a machine than
MIPS.    Java benchmarks,  Ramp-C,  etc, etc.
