I've never seen a "meaningless indicator of performance" rating for a RISC
AS/400.  I suppose you could make an estimate by looking up CPW and MIPS
ratings for something like an ES/9000 model which has both numbers published
and then doing some arithmetic.

I am currently filling out a consultant survey that asks for MIPS rating of
our various systems.  I have searched high and low for approximate MIPS
ratings for my two AS/400 systems but cannot find them.  Does anyone know
either where to find them or what they are for the following (ballpark is
probably good enough):

Model 620 with 2180 Processor
Model 170 with 2290 Processor
