If you can find shareware versions of those tools that work on RS/6000 AIX
version 4.33, with a correct form of I/O (X-Windows being a preferred form),
chances are they will work without any changes being necessary in the V4R5
version of PASE.

Also I'd be great if IBM added the tools that the rest of the IP centric
world has - TRACERT being the principal one but - FINGER, ARP, and few
others would be good too.  It surely couldn't too hard to port these from
AIX.
