RE: User presses Esc/Attn to "copy screen"

Bob, I am interested; please send source code privately.

I'm surprised that you're not getting the highlighting and underlines.  Are
you sure it's not there?  Could it be that the attributes are there but
you're just not translating them?

Anybody else out there getting the display attributes?
