HTTP Server

I am attempting to start the HTTP server on the AS/400, version 4.3.  HTTP
does not start with TCPIP, so I am executing the command STRTCPSVR *HTTP.
It appears to start normally, however I receive a TIMW in the status of the
subsystem in WRKACTJOB.  Any ideas of what I am doing wrong??
