| save twice ... once when we messed up the PTF install & needed a restart & 
| once in the middle of a string of PTF applies from diskettes, before CD Rom 
| invented, we hit a bad diskette.

| 2, Complete System SAVE-21 pretty soon after PTFs all done, so that in the 
| event of something seriously messed up in the time after this, we can at 
| least go back to OS/400 at a known check point with latest PTFs on board.
