Sign on as QSECOFR (and only QSECOFR, not someone who is a member of the 
group, or someone who has *ALLOBJ authority - you must be the real McCoy to 
do this) and enter the command CHGDSTPWD *DEFAULT.  This will change the 
QSECOFR password back to QSECOFR.  If you do not have the QSECOFR password, 
you are *@#$%ed.

Yes, if you do it from CD, not if you do it from a SAVSYS of that system 
from tape.
