Bob,  I have had a similar Issue with this using the OPS Console componant of
CA/400 Express.  I too could get the DST pop up box but it would not accept the
DST Password.  The problem was with RAS on the NT machine.  Although I installed
CA400 Express and the Service pack.  I did not reaply the Windows NT Server
Service Pack after I had installed RAS(Service PAck 4).   If you are using the
Ops Console make sure you have a 2721 feature and the correct cable connected to
the ECS port.
