I think there is good on-line training in the IBM AS/400 Tech Studio
http://www.as400.ibm.com/tstudio/ and also the Partners In Development or
PartnerWorld online training
http://www.as400.ibm.com/developer/education/ibcs.html?instruct and the
AS/400 University (series of web pages consolidating IBMs Education
offerings) many courses are free.
