    You might try SNDUSRMSG - it will allow a specific user profile and use
either a message file entry or text.

With JDEdwards, we setup a table containing the users names for each
targeted group. A batch pgm reads the table, sends the message from a *MSGF
object to users. Pretty straightforward. I'd like to marry that with using
the QStmpMAIL api, if anyone has thoughts on that (has anyone got code with
that api they'd like to share?)...
