Which is why I wanted him to put it in a CLP and call the CLP from a command 
line to test the CPYSPLF.

If you don't specify userid, job number, etc.. it will look in the current
job.  You'll need all that info.  You can't use the defaults for job with
CPYSPLF and FTP.  (ie * for job, *LAST for spoold file number, etc..)
