Subject: Wacky QTEMP problem?

Just upgrade to V4R4.

I copy data into a file in qtemp (FILE1) with CPYSPLF.
Then, an RPGLE program reads FILE1 and puts data into FILE2

When it's done, FILE2 has completely different data than it should.  Data from a spooled file that's not even close to the one that was copied.

I'm serious!

This only happens on one machine that was just upgrade to V4R4.  Other machines from V3R2 and up to V4R4 don't have this problem.

Anyone know of some problems with V4R4 regarding QTEMP and possibly reading data from somewhere it's not supposed to?  Like a bad pointer or something?

Brad
