Aaah, thanks Ken.
( when i run a performance trace it complains that batch jobs are using the
interactive pool.  I've just checked the job descriptions of the users, and
i have a couple of user using a job description where the routing data is
QCMDB rather then QCMDI - i assume this is the problem.)
