Is this thier outgoing mail or incoming mail that is delayed?
Are they running off a local or server copy of their mail?
Try sending an email with the delivery options "full trace report" to see where
their mail is getting hung up at.

  | Subject: Domino Release 5.0.2a Intermittent Problems |
  >-------------------------------------------------------------------------|

We are experiencing Intermittent problems with our Domino, Lotus Notes email.
We are using our AS/400 as the server and are currently using Domino Release
5.0.2a. Some of the clients are Release 5.0 and some clients are Release
4.6.5.

The problem we are having is with about 4 or 5 clients. It seems that email
from the Internet is delivered up to a day after it was sent. Sometimes it
arrives immediately and sometimes it is up to 24 hours or so when it arrives.
It seems that just these 4 or 5 clients are experiencing this problem.

One of the clients affected, we upgraded to Release 5, to see if this would
correct the situation. It did not.

Has anyone else experienced any intermittent email problems such as this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you
