  • Subject: Error when selecting Permissions for a file in Operations Navigator IFS
  • From: Diana Hicks <DianaH@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>
  • Date: Thu, 13 Apr 2000 13:32:11 -0400

We are receiving the following error when selecting Permissions on a file
that's in a library in QSYS.LIB:

AS/400 Operations Navigator Database Error
Function did not complete successfully.
AS/400 message ID: PWS0001

When I click on the joblog button in the message, I receive another error:
LSTJBL.EXE
Parameters for the LSTJBL.EXE are not correct. Must specify /system and
/job parameters.

We are using Client Access Express with service level SF59557 and OS/400
v4r3. The problem does not seem to be the userid since I am able to
successfully access permissions with ops nav on a different PC and same
userid.

Please respond with any suggestions on what could be causing the problem or
where I can go to troubleshoot it. Thanks.
