Hi -

I have been experiencing a rash of abnormal TELNET session terminations the
last week and a half.

CPF5140 - Session stopped by a request from device QPADEV00BV.

In the last couple of hours over 45 TELNET session to our production AS/400
have been terminated in this way...

This "seems" to be a problem that has surfaced since I applied the latest
PTF CUM (C00049).

Has anyone else noticed a similar problem?

Our NIC card FDDI connected to a large Cabletron/CISCO based IP network.

Kenneth
