several of us (including a few of the conf organizers) noticed the same
phenomenon...that being that the under 40 crowd seems to be growing...and
in some cases rather impressively so.  I was really impressed to see alot
of the under 40'ers at teh conf...keep up the good work...I might come
back next year...:)
