In Op's Nav.   Why do I only see QGPL under the Database/Libraries  ?

Where do I control what Libs I see.    I am signed on as Qsecofr so I don't
think
security is the issue.    I know it's a simple problem.

Also,   Whats the trick to getting the Management  function running?
