  • Subject: ASCII question 6141 Vs f/c 2761 or <??>

We need to support 5 groups or 8 ASCII lines attached to PCI bus
technology.

A bunch of F/c 6141 "ASCII Workstation Controllers''(SPD). This feature
has been with drawn and the RISC 730 will need PCI technology to
support the ASCII environment.

Does anyone know if f/c 2761 "PCI 8 Port Integrated Analog Modem"
will work as replacement for the old 6141 crap to support dial-in on
the PCI bus environment?

If that is not the answer what & whose products will work?

  Thanks
