What this is showing you is a tape that was set up to use the LODRUN
command.  The load run command (LODRUN) will restore the program QINSTAPP
into QTEMP and run it.  Most likely what you have next on the tape is a
library or libraries that constitue a product of some sort.  On your
display tape, keep going and look at the rest of the library names on the
tape.  the SAV commands should allow you to individually restore any object
on the tape.
