Thanks David !

Yep, been here a year and a half and left a 3590 (LOVED that thing) and am LESS 
than
thrilled with this thing. It's OK MOST of the time but then does funky things. 
We
had to replace the drive because we used an 8mm cleaning cartridge that damaged 
the
drive !!! When they replaced it they gave us an "update" document that was NOT 
not
in the manual, that covered this !!
