Follow-on information.

WRKOBJPDM does use DLTDFUPGM when you put a 4 beside a *PGM type DFU.
It will use DLTMNU when you put a 4 beside a *MENU but the default is to not
delete the *MSGF and *FILE.
This solves the DLT mystery but it still doesn't explain why I have to do an
CF5 to see the deleted secondary objects are removed.
