Let me guess that the user profile that you are adopting has *SECADM
special authority but not *ALLOBJ?
The message indicates that the user has the authority to run the
CHGUSRPRF command, but does not have direct authority to the user
profile (this is a good thing). Have the program adopt the autority
of a profile with *SECADM and *ALLOBJ and I bet it runs just fine.
