I have an LPAR presentation that I do at COMMON, and a magazine article 
that I did for AS/400 Experts Journal.  If anyone would like a copy, please

Your system MUST be properly configured from a hardware perspective, and if 
it wasn't ordered that way, you likely can't do it.
