Nope, however V3R7 does support SLIP.  If you are looking at dialing an ISP
good luck finding one that will support SLIP.  If you need to have a PC dial
the AS400 with SLIP (also know as point to point TCP), it works fine.  When
V3R7 came out we set it up for a client to talk to a UNIX system over dial
up and it worked great.  As far as I know it is still in production.
