I haven't written any browser code.  And as much as I'd like to figure this 
out, that's probably pushing it here.  Sorry.

Yes I can FTP manually.  That works fine is properly directed into the 
directory I specified in the exit program.  

Is there something else I must to get get a broswer to initiate a download?
