I did the same thing with Linux and ip-chains, ip-masquerading, and
ip-forwarding. Used an old Pentium 100 MHz we had laying around
gathering dust, and a Linux CD that I paid $3 for a friend to download
and burn for me. Cost: $3, plus my salary to learn and implement the
setup :-)
