it was a very busy week.  maureen keep me busy!

it went great! by wednesday nite, i had the conversions programs all
done, and switched back to our software.  the conversion back was
smoother and better than i thought.  and they were thrilled.

i found out a lot, why so many left us was do to some heavy duty lying
by the dymanic duo in louisville and indy.  and now the whole thing is
falling apart.  the relationship with the other programming firm has
fallen apart.  and no wonder.  i don't think they ever fully understood
the application, short cut it by trying to gleen it from our software,
and now that everyone had to convert to it for the y2k, all the users
are now furious. 

a couple of things they did were cool, but most was cumbersome, at
best.  and some of it they never got to work.  so we may be getting more
to come crawling back.

btw, we also settled the lawsuit last friday.  they finally seemed
desperate to get it done.
