The support is the same in V4R4. If the command is not there, then the SQL
toolkit is not loaded to the machine. 5769ST1 needs to be ordered and/or
installed. If this is an upgrade from a previous release where the support
existed, either the order or the install or both, were screwed up, or
someone decided remove the toolkit and save some money or disk space.
