Product Info Requested

A have a request from an associate, who wants to find out:

(1) Third party query or reporting tools (either directly on AS/400 or
through ODBC) that are DBCS compatible for Japanese, Traditional Chinese,
Simplified Chinese, and Korean;

(2) Advanced intelligent data replication tools that are DBCS compatible
(same character sets as above).

(3) Are any of the leading ERP packages (e.g. SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, BAAN,
JDE, QAD) Unicode compatible?

Any vendors or users on the list who know the answers to these questions?
Maybe other list members are not interested in specific product info like
this, so you can respond to me privately.
