Help TCP - CPI7E9B.

Ok.  Got my new 170 and just put a 3com card ethernet card in the PC,
Installed 
Client Access Express.  Every thing ok there so far I think.

But on my 170(as configured out of the box)   I'm getting a CPI7E9B error.
"" Attention ,  Unable to establish a network link on Ethernet Line
ETHLINE1 ""

Anyone got any clues ?   

Doing a WRKHDWRSC ,    
I have CMB01 as my Combined Function IOP,
I have LIN02 as my LAN adapter, (type 2838)
I have (under that)  CMN02 as my Ethernet Port. (type 2838)
