I seem to have some foggy recollection that a file object will not release the
allocation of disk space after the file is made smaller.  It is like the machine
reserves space for an object that was once large and is now smaller.

I know that the displayed object size is smaller after a reorg, but does
PRTDSKINF reflect this for related objects?

I just can't remember the context of this memory other than that I think it was
a logical file.
